I’ve created 3 very special smoothie blends using ‘Greens’, ‘Mango & Passionfruit’ and ‘Pink Ginger’. I love a good smoothie (any time of day) and these nutrilicious concoctions pack a huge healthy punch!
If you’d like to re-create them, here’s the lowdown!
Green ‘Cleanse’: 250ml of Coconut & Greens Kefir, 100g of almonds, 3 x tsp of pea protein, 1 x handful of spinach, 3 x cms of cucumber, ice. Blend until smooth and creamy and serve!
Pink ‘Energise’: 250ml of Coconut & Pink Ginger Kefir, 100g of cashews, 3 x tsp of pitaya powder, 1 x handful of fresh strawberries, 1 x banana, ice. Blend and serve!
Yellow ‘Restore’: 250ml of Coconut, Mango & Passionfruit Kefir, 100g of walnuts, half a juicy mango, 1 x passionfruit, 1 x banana, 1 x handful of glutenfree oats, ice. Blend and serve!
