What an absolute beauty of a parcel I received from the MYcha   a few weeks ago.

I’ve been wanting to try Matcha tea for a long time but I couldn’t find any that made me say ‘WOW’ until I discovered MYcha Ceremonial Tea. 

My magpie eye first spotted the packaging, it is so beautiful and it comes in a darling box with a little note card with instructions on how to create your own blend.

Being completely organic, it contains absolutely no nasties. It calms the body and mind making you totally serene and it re-energises the body in a beautiful way.

The actual ceremony element of making the tea is a very special one. It has a calming effect on the body and it encourages us to take things a bit more slowly and be more present and in the moment.

You can also add it to your smoothie and juice blends, it is so vibrant and vivid. My Green Genie juice looked and tasted amazing with a teaspoon of the magic green powder.
