First however, I wanted to write a little post as I haven’t written anything for my website in quite a while.
I hope you all had a wonderful October, I seriously don’t know where that month went?!? Answers on a postcard! It was a busy month for me; I started a new job, wrote my newsletter (email me if you’d like to go on my mailing list) and I made lots of ‘to do’ lists.
2018 will be here in a heartbeat and about this time every year, I like to think of some things that I’d like to do the following year. 2017 was all’s out dreaming big, to not put limits on myself or what I could achieve. Hopefully, 2018 will see some of these dreams become reality.
I’ve been working on Holly’s Wholesome Kitchen for nearly 4 years, it’s a real labour of love and something that I feel very proud of. I love sharing my recipes with you all and I love to hear your feedback and encouraging words! Thank you so much 🙂
I’ve got my Christmas newsletter underway and it’s going to be full of gorgeous, festive recipes (my turmeric and cinnamon latte is particularly delicious).
I hope you’ve all had a great weekend. Here’s my Pumpkin Spiced Latte Smoothie recipe, hope you like it:
You will need: 1 x can pumpkin purée, half cup of almond milk, 1 x teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 x frozen banana, 2 x tablespoons of coconut nectar, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 5 x medjooled dates, 1/4 cup of freshly brewed coffee
Blend together with some ice and serve with a sprinkling of cacao powder 🎃🎃🎃
