My Strawberries and Cream Smoothie really hits the spot! It tastes beautifully decadent with its creamy coconut milk goodness. It is a very simple recipe to follow and I often blend it up for my post-workout treat. I sometimes add organic Cocao powder too, a great way to restore your system after exercise. Coconut water replenishes lost electrolytes and the sweet, juicy strawberries provide essential vitamins and minerals to help your system recover after a sweaty sesh 😉
To make this divine concoction you will need: some ripe, juicy strawberries, 1 banana, 5 tablespoons of coconut milk and a good glug of coconut water. Blend until creamy and serve over ice.
