Hi everyone! I’m so happy to finally have my brand new NourishMe Wellness Boxes ready for action!

This bountiful box of goodies contains a hand-picked selection of the things I love to promote health and wellbeing in mind, body and soul. 

Here’s what’s inside!!!

First-up it’s the most beautiful, handmade soap by the amazing Soap Folk. I absolutely adore their whole range but I think that Rose & Geranium to calm and sooth is a gorgeous scent blend to make you feel relaxed. I love to support UK makers and I am really excited to see what’s next for this beautiful company.

I love Alchemy Organic Superblends and I have been using them for a while in my smoothies and juices. This delicious Energy Elixir is an enriching vitality boost and it’s bursting with vitamins and essential minerals to make you sparkle from the inside. Baobab, pea protein, maca, chlorella & camu camu is the most potent blend that can be used to boost your morning smoothie bowl or post-workout smoothie

I have new using salts in my bath for aaages so imagine my joy when found Moa Organics! This dreamy blend of Himalayan Pink Salt, Cardamom, Lavender & pine is the most gorgeous, heady mix to relax, restore, fortify and draw-out toxins. I adore these salts.

I can’t describe the amazing scent of this candle by Etta French. Nutmeg, Orange & Cinnamon are currently filling my home with the most glorious aromas that are giving me all the festive feels! With lots of beautiful blends to choose from, I was soooo spoilt for choice but this one is perfect for this time of year.

Mind Charity is very close to my heart and I’m very happy to be support them. This book full of creative activities to inspire is perfect for jotting down our goals, aspirations and the colouring sections are great for allowing ourselves to unwind and take a bit of time-out for reflection and relaxation.

I loved designing these postcards sooooo much. Each box comes with a complementary hand-written card and if you don’t see the one you need here, I can create one just for you. 

All of my boxes are wrapped by hand, by me, with brown paper and gorgeous tags. If there’s a certain theme you’d like, just let me know.

You will also get one of my limited edition hamza prints! This represents courage, strength, passion and creativity. It’ll look just beaut in any living space – I loved creating  this especially for my NourishMe Box.
