I’ve layered-up my Bang Tidy Mango Lassi and the infamous Raspberry Razzle smoothie to create this bonza blend of nutritional wonderment.
I’ve just had a really lovely, impromptu weekend in London, some of which was spent perusing the many stalls along Camden Lock. I had a great time working my way around the food markets, sampling various types of smoked sausage, pizza and exquisitely fragrant Thai fare. Oh, and I followed my nose to find the cinnamon-sprinkled, chocolate-stuffed Chirros! How did that happen?!?
Along the way, I passed many stalls offering fresh fruit smoothies. They all looked delicious, fresh and vibrant. I am eager to get back in the kitchen to create many more nutritious smoothie blends. Who knows, I might have a smoothie station of my own one day.
For now, I will continue to make smoothies, source new ingredients and create exciting, healthy recipes. First-up, a raw cheesecake…yummy.
