Green Goddess Smoothie


This smoothie rocks! It is zingy, fresh and light. The blend of ingredients seems to be just right and the texture is gorgeous. To make it, you will need; 1 x avocado, the juice of 1 lime, I x banana, a handful of kale and a handful of spinach. Blend until creamy then add a good glug of chilled coconut water. 

It is the perfect tonic if you have over-indulged this festive season and it will rehydrate, nourish and feed your body with beautiful, healing vitamins and antioxidants.
