I think that this has to be one of my favourite smoothie blends of all time. It is zingy, fresh and ultra thirst-quenching.
It is the perfect post-workout refreshment and it will help to replenish lost electrolytes.
Blend together some pineapple, 1 x mango, 1 x passionfruit, a pint of Vitacoco coconut water, the juice of one lime and some ice.
The pineapple bowl of fruit is an optional addition but it is gooood ;)))
