Raspberry and Mango Ripple Smoothie

This vision of beauty is not only a feast for your peepers, it is also a jar of nutritional healing wonderment jam-packed full of anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting, skin-clearing vitamins. Mangoes are high in vitamin C as too are scrummy raspberries. I have also added a little bit of coconut milk to make it extra indulgent and more filling. I also popped a ripe, juicy fig in the blender to boost its healing properties. This lovely smoothie won the Vitacoco #cococreations competition for which I won a nutribullet and a 3 month supply of my absolute favourite coconut water. Thank you Vitacoco x.
Ingredients

Handful of raspberries
1 ripe, juicy fig
3 tablespoons of coconut milk
Handful of almonds
1 pint of coconut water
I love making this smoothie, it always leaves me feeling full of energy and vitality. It will be the main feature of my morning routine once the warmer weather arrives and I start to dream about my summer holiday and getting my bits in to shape :). I hope you love it as much as I do.
