I have been on a bit of a smoothie-creating mission recently, summer is finally here (well, almost), and i generally tend to make my meals lighter and a smoothie is the perfect mid-meal snack to stave-off hunger pangs.
This blend is berry berry beautiful and it’s bursting with healing and nourishing ingredients. You will need; any berries you love, cashews, coconut water, 1 banana, ice, a dash of coconut milk and a squeeze of lime. Blend and serve. Simple xxx
