This is an absolute favourite of mine and at this time of the year, I like to make a couple of my delicious concoctions every day to optimise hydration.
However, some weekends, I find it most pleasurable to add a dash of vodka and a squeeze of fresh lime to my creations to make them a bit naughty ;))
To make the Blueberry Belter, you will need:
Frozen blueberries (handful), 1 banana, almonds, ice, vitacoco, dash of coconut milk. Blend and serve. Happy days xxx
