I can’t get enough of this zesty, fresh and fruity water. It was an absolute saviour over the humid summer months and it is proving rather popular right now too.
I like to use half mineral water/half Vitacoco coconut water as the base then I add slices of juicy fruit and fresh mint. A sealed glass jar is best for storage over night in the fridge to allow the flavours to infuse then serve over crushed ice whenever you fancy.
There are so many different flavour combinations to try. I am looking forward to testing them out on my family and friends.
If you have any juicy water left over, fill an ice tray and freeze. They can be used as a base for all smoothies or juices.
