Got your freak on at the gym already?? Then these little protein bites are the perfect post-workout snack. They are very simple to make and they will keep for up to a week if sealed in the fridge.
You will need; walnuts, medjooled dates, dried apricots, raw cacao powder and desiccated coconut.
Whack your walnuts, dates and dried apricots in a food processor and pulse until mixture holds together.
Roll into balls and coat in whatever takes your fancy. I like cacao powder and coconut. Chopped almonds and pistachios are also pretty special.
