This delightful smoothie concoction is truly awesome! I added a small handful of nuts and a dollop or two of Coyo coconut yogurt to some frozen strawberries, raspberries and blueberries and a large glug of Vitacoco coconut water.
Serve over crushed ice to make it extra thirst-quenching.
Top tip: if you have any smoothie leftover (doubtful;))), freeze in an ice cube tray and use as the base for your next marvellous blend.
