Blueberry Belter and Date, Almond & Cacao Balls 

This marvellous breakfast is a joy to behold and a treat to eat. I find that if I don’t fuel myself adequately in the morning, I am out-of-kilter for the rest of the day. 

The delicious date and almond balls are high in protein so they keep me fuller for longer and the Blueberry Belter Smoothie is bursting with nourishing, wholesome fruit (and a pint of Vitacoco coconut water).

Blueberries are crammed full of anti-oxidants which help to zap-up free radicals which can cause aging of the skin.

I keep a stash of various types of protein balls in the fridge as they make a very tasty, quick and healthy snack.
