Who’da thunk that these heavenly chocolate treats are made primarily of avocados. Make sure your avocados are ripe otherwise achieving the creamy viscosity required to emulate that of a dairy mousse isn’t possible. Pop 2 ripe avo’s in your blender, add a splash of coconut water to moisten then add 1 tablespoon of organic Cacao powder. I also like to add 1 tablespoon of coconut nectar to sweeten. Separate the mixture in to ramekins and pop in the fridge for an hour or so. Once chilled, sprinkle with coconut shavings, fruit and cacao nibs. It really is a dreamy,yet simple dessert, crammed full of good fats and antioxidants. You could always knock-up a quick raspberry coulis, this complements the chocolate perfectly.
