Spicy Turmeric Wedges with Coyo Yogurt & Coriander and Lime Dip

  
These bad boys are simply delicious. I fancied a quick and easy snack that was also wholesome and filling. I oven-baked some potato wedges seasoned with turmeric and cumin and served with a dollop of refreshing Coyo yogurt and a coriander and lime dip.

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Nosh it away time: not long 😉
